Socially anxious high school student Shoko Komi's greatest dream is to make some friends, but everyone at school mistakes her crippling social anxiety for cool reserve. Luckily she meets Tadano, a timid wallflower who decides to step out of his comfort zone in order to help her achieve her goal of making 100 friends. Komi's cell phone meets its watery doom at the bottom of the bathtub, but disaster is averted when her dad helps her get a fancy new smartphone. Now she has a ll kinds of apps to let her connect with her friends and even help her make new ones! There's only one problem--how do they work?
